  • Led a consortium on behalf of a group of multinational companies to establish a hydrogen mobility infrastructure hub

  • Supported an automotive company to successfully introduce commercial fuel cell vehicles to Australia

  • Assisted with drafting and review of a hydrogen strategy for an Australian state government

  • Developed content for a hydrogen education centre established by an automotive company

  • Established and led a collaborative supply chain initiative aimed at accelerating hydrogen mobility deployments worldwide

Founder

Hydrolytics is led by Claire Johnson

Claire was the inaugural CEO of the Australian Hydrogen Council, Australia’s peak industry body for hydrogen, where she built the organisation from the ground up into the lead voice for hydrogen in the country.

​

She was first introduced to hydrogen at Toyota Australia where she led the industry engagement program for the introduction of the Toyota Mirai which prompted her commitment to developing a hydrogen economy for Australia.

 

Claire is known for her deep industry expertise and extensive networks across the Australian and international hydrogen sectors.

 

She also acts as a strategic adviser to companies, startups and universities active within the Australian hydrogen ecosystem.
